I can only recommend this accommodation. The owner was kind and willing to help and arrange everything for us. He took us on a tour around the area and it was a unique experience.

The hotel is facing the Mekong river and offers views of the most spectacular sunsets from the front balconies. There are chairs to sit and enjoy and hear the hustle of the charming town, Kracheh. The hotel is on the “main drag” and it is easy to walk basically everywhere. My room was large, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a place to keep my clothes, and a basic but charming little private bathroom. This is a training hotel for youth who want to get into the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Even if many are novices in their roles, the enterprise runs smoothly. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The restaurant also provides well-prepared meals at a reasonable cost. I had a very nice fish dish for lunch there. The value for the money is excellent and you are contributing to the economic and social advancement of the community. It’s a win-win. In enjoyed my stay in Kracheh and it was memorable in large part bc of this hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel set in the middle of a vibrant market. Alex the owner is a lovely guy who makes everyone feel very welcome. Very memorable stay.

HeangKanha GuestHouse bevindt zich in Phumĭ Chŏng Kaôh, op 11 km van Phnom Sambok Pagoda, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een restaurant. Excellent guesthouse in a lovely restored old building - the guesthouse is really close to a night street food market which is great for dinner. The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.

Het Arun Mekong Guesthouse bevindt zich in een weelderig groene omgeving in Kratie, op slechts 10 minuten lopen van de pagodes Wat Chong Koh en Kbal Koh. Very respectful host in a very honest and well taken care of place. Simple wood construction, spacious and ventilated.
