They offer transfer to/from train station as well as drive where you need in the morning when you go sightseeing, which is highly appreciated! Onsen area is small but has a nice view (women's section) and you get to wear a beautiful yukata they prepare you in the room. Japanese futons (bed) are very comfortable even though you need to get used to it after Western bed.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Best Hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko (probably whole Japan). The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

7.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi, グランファーム富士河口湖 is a recently renovated property situated in Fujikawaguchiko and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The best stay I have so far in my trip, location is a narrow road to drive to but worth the drive. Both sunset and sun rise are great.

Boasting mountain views, Glamping Cottage Kawaguchiko features accommodation with balcony, around 2.7 km from Lake Kawaguchi. Very spacious, big enough for a family and includes all necessary facilities. Very clean, with a wide range of kitchen appliances. Easy to access by car.

Located in Oshino and only 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 八海 木花館 provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location and the view of Mt Fuji at the property was just spectacular. The food and service was impeccable. Nina Lin was sharing with us all the great spots to take photos of Mt Fuji and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. The other older lady was very helpful and hospitable as well and we can't praise them enough for making our stay so memorable!
