Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Rest Kujo Apartment provides accommodation within 2.6 km of the centre of Osaka, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a stovetop. The accommodation is very comfortable, everything needed is there. Check-in via mailbox very convenient, dont need waiting anyone. Near the train station, convenient for transportation.

The room was huge when you compare it to other rooms in Japan. The Sauna shower and the free to use washing machin were a nice extra!

In the heart of Osaka, set within a short distance of Kamomecho Park and Shiokusa Park, MATATABI STAY Daikokucho offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a fridge and kettle.... The size of the residence surprised me. The bedroom appears spacious despite having four queen beds arranged in a row. The residence can accommodate seven bags in total, yet there is still room for us to roam around. There's a separate bathroom and one toilet. A balcony where clean laundry and towels can air dry because the washer only has an air dry setting. There are plenty fresh towels, toiletries, and basic amenities in the house. The directions are easy to understand and follow for both getting to the residence and gathering the keys. The residence is 15 minutes by train from Umeda and one train stop from Shinsaibashi.

Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon provides accommodation set less than 1 km from the centre of Osaka and features a terrace and a shared lounge. This 4-star aparthotel offers a lift and luggage storage... Perfect location, a little away from the busy streets but within walking distance of all the fun. The room is a bit small but has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Lots of storage space. Absolutely love the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom, which allows me to wash my clothes every day.

Great accommodation just walking distance from subway station and Dotonburi. Room is big and clean and the amenities were great, there is even a dryer in the bathroom and our clothes were dried overnight. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the area too. Host is quick to reply any questions we asked.
