Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, Dana View Guest House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Dana, 27 km from Shobak Castle. Dana is an exceptional place and Malik the host is the best person to tell you all about it. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the nature reserve and is happy to share if you ask. Rooms were quite clean with a really epic view. We also enjoyed the exclusive dining experience of being served food cooked by locals and entertained by malik's stories about Dana and poetry. We would have loved to stay there longer

A recently renovated property, Plaza de petra is situated in Wadi Musa near Petra, College of Archaeology, Tourism and Hotel Management. And Obelisk Tomb. The manager was very kind and made us feel at home. The location was great for local restaurants. It is up a slight winding hill and away from more tourist restaurants but close enough to walk to the Petra visitor entrance. Or Taxis are everywhere.

Petra fort hotel, a property with a garden, is set in Wadi Musa, 9 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, 10 km from Petra, as well as 15 km from Petra Church. Very welcoming hosts, clean rooms. Its a really good family owned business, running since recently but the owners are constatly improving everything! Great hospitality and value for money.

Set 2.2 km from Petra, Leen Guest House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. This apartment offers free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Everything was exellent! Leen was great, he helped us to organizate the days and he was very kind, the food was amazing, everything homemade and they prepared lunch boxes for the day trip (was very helpfull). The place was very clean and really Nice with a amazing view. We felt as Home! Thank You Leen for everything!

Old Street Apartment is located in Wadi Musa, 200 metres from Petra, 4.3 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury, as well as 5.6 km from Petra Church. My family (2 adults, 4 y/o and 1y/o) enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was basic but very comfortable, we all slept so well. The shower was great, plenty of hot water but also cold for those in my family who enjoy that. The restaurant downstairs was the best of any that we tried in the area, to the point that we regretted trying others. The location was perfect for visiting Petra, almost as close as you could get.

Located within 27 km of Shobak Castle in Dana, Hobbit village features accommodation with seating area. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Dana is in quite a poor area of Jordan. Therefore you really get the Jordanian culture experience! Host provided a guide to take us around Dana nature reserve. Highly recommend this. No real restaurant facilities in Dana so I would request that the Hobbit Village provide lunch/dinner.
