Excellent location within walking distance to the train station (~1.5km) and to the Pisa tower (~0.5km). The host was very kind to welcome us into the property and show us to our room. We liked that they have a tie up with a nice cafe for an Italian breakfast which included coffee, croissant some bread and juice. They were all very good 👍 The walls are not modern thick/with insulation so expect a bit of noise in the morning when they city wakes up, but we didn't mind that at all.

The host was amazing and very helpful in providing us all the information we asked for during our stay.

If you go 10 minutes to North or west of this hotel, you will find good and less tourist style restaurants. My wife and I had Doumo or Uffizi tour and came back to the hotel room to re-energize, then went to another tour. Perfect loction for tour. Of course my room was very clean. The host, Neri is super kind. You may ask anything you want.
