We stayed in many airbnb and accomdations during our 14 days road trip and I can say that this hits the top 3. Its located on a large compound with hostel, cabin, campsite. Fantastic place to rest, relax and explore.

Lovely location with a view across to a volcano. Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for us travelling with adult children. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

El Myvo Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 ofrece alojamiento en Reikiahlíð, a 35 km de Dettifoss. Se encuentra frente a la playa y tiene jardín. Splendid location!!!! Gracious host. Excellent access to the area’s attractions. Very comfortable bed!

El Aska, Modern Cabin ofrece vistas al lago y alojamiento con terraza y hervidor de agua a unos 5 km de los baños naturales de Myvatn. A really nice cabin. Beautiful view, sometimes sheep are around the apartment which is lovely. Staff was nice and supportive. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Little limited space for the luggage but manageable.

Llamamos por una duda, se cortó la llamada y me devolvieron la llamada enseguida.

El Eldá Guesthouse se encuentra en Reykjahlíð, a pocos minutos a pie del lago Myvatn. Hay un campo de golf a 750 metros y las habitaciones cuentan con escritorio, lavamanos y conexión wifi gratis. The staff is very helpful since we came later than 8:00 pm but we got all information/help we need. The room is clean and quiet. The location is good that is close to the lake Myvatn and also the camp-site where my friend stayed. Good value.

El Skútustadir Guesthouse ocupa una granja en la orilla sur del lago Mývatn. Ofrece cocina y salón de uso compartido, vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y estacionamiento gratuito. It was one of best guesthouses i have stayed in Iceland. Clean cozy rooms and friendly staff. Additonally Skútustadir was perfect. I have tried everything unique this farm had to offer. Geysir bread, geysir beer, smoked trout, burger, angelica tea. Everything from localy grown plants or livestock. Loved it. And last, but not least. They make the best Gelato I had outside Italy!!
