We arrived well after midnight and they were both there to greet us. They helped us with our luggage and made sure we had everything we needed as they knew we were tired. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. It was first class and top of our B & B stays. When we come back again we will definitely stay here and for longer. The road into Youghal is a bit dangerous to walk on in the dark, so John went out of his way to give us a lift in time to get an evening meal and we got a taxi back. Lovely breakfasts with delicious homemade muffins. We would definitely recommend Ardsallagh Lodge for comfort and wonderful hospitality.

The breakfast was an expertly prepared full Irish Breakfast with several choices available. The eggs, laid by the cottage's chickens and sauteed to perfection by the chef/owner were the best we had throughout our trip to Ireland.

The beautifully decorated SeaView Apartment Suite is in a great location to enjoy the area of Cobh. Our host Bernadette met us there to let us in and gave us a tour of the apartment before handing over the keys. The kitchen was generously stocked with fruit, coffee, tea and biscuits to get us started.
