The house is beautiful. The family is super kind and helpful and the rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. The facilities are great, there is an AC, there is a water dispenser and the breakfast is amazing. The location is also amazing, you are close to the temple, various nice restaurants and across the street is an amazing laundry service.

Beautiful swimming pool and Javanese bungalows, Bobby is so funny and do his best to make you feel relaxed and at home. Breakfast super and tour organized by Bobby among rice fields with local people was the best experience we had!

Offering clean and comfortable rooms, Efata Homestay is located just a 5-minute walk from Borobudur Temple. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. We did a night before Borobudur near the temple itself to avoid a day of 'tours' and travelling to see the temple, and it was a great decision because of our stay at Efata. Pre-stay communication was very useful as we would have otherwise not known we would have to pre-book tickets. On arrival, the family were incredibly kind and hospitable with lots of recommendations about what to do. Good room and great value for money. Super tasty breakfast too. Overall, a fantastic stay with a lovely local family. Cannot recommend enough!
