Hostal Don Cenobio features views of the mountains in Flores. This property also provides guests with a terrace. A really beautiful, clean hostel with super comfortable beds with two pillows! The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The terrace is absolutely amazing, you could sit and watch the world go by on the lake for days. The breakfast options and coffee are amazing and relatively cheap. The hostel offers a range of tours and shuttles. The rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean and the hostel has a wonderful chilled and relaxed vibe. Could stay for a month.

Information on transport to Tikal and Flores is provided, both private and public options. There's a kitchen you can use with drinking water available but if you don't fancy cooking you're right in the middle of the town with easy access to restaurants.

I highly recommend Casa Zoila for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area.
