Situated in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Apartamento Jacob has a terrace. The Volcano Atitlan is within 24 km of the apartment. - The place is a bit further (yet still within walking distance) from the main touristy area. This makes it much calmer and less noisy - The weekend /weekday markets are across the street. You got a bit of an additional authenticity through those (plus you can easily buy delicious fruits) - The owner was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions about the place, the neighborhood and the town - We were also allowed to check out in the afternoon which was a huge help for us (by not having to spend hours in the summer heat while waiting for our shuttle)

Set in San Juan La Laguna in the Solola region, Casa Elenita offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This apartment features a garden. We could not have had a better experience staying here. Domingo the host was the most accommodating, offering help any way he could and really elevated our 5 day stay. The house itself was in a perfect location: close to all the main in in San Juan la Laguna, while remaining just off the beaten path. The house and rooms were plentiful and spacious, and the rooftop terrace out of this world. We were 7 people and felt like we had more than enough space. We had so much fun staying here and would stay here again in a heart beat. San Juan La Laguna is a beautiful town with real heart surrounded by gorgeous mountains and inhabited by generous, interesting people. If you are thinking of coming to Lake Atitlan, I could not recommend enough staying in San Juan enough. And Casa Elenita only exceeded any expectation we had.

Located in San Juan La Laguna, Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna offers beachfront accommodation 26 km from Volcano Atitlan and provides various facilities, such as a private beach area, a fitness centre... The place is beautifully situated in an area full of banana trees and coffee plants, with perfect views and direct access to the lake. The owner and employees are super friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming. The beds are comfortable, and the hostel offers everything one could need, including kayaks for rental, free drinking water, and the infrastructure to wash and dry clothes. Overall, a real gem of a hostel!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Amankaya Atitlan is a recently renovated guest house located in Cerro de Oro, 18 km from Volcano Atitlan. Great place on the lake, with beautiful sunsets and nice amenities. The host, Fernando, is extremely friendly and helpful any time we needed. He even got up to help us get a boat at 6am! We very highly recommend staying in this peaceful house across the lake!

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of garden, Casa Qatzij - Guest House, Lake Atitlan is set in San Lucas Tolimán, 21 km from Volcano Atitlan. Cozy and pleasant place. The host always willing to help. I went there to rest and loved it.

Located in Santa Cruz La Laguna in the Solola region, Rustic Charm and Breathtaking Views features a balcony and garden views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.
