Mariana's Petit Hotel ligger i Guatemala, bara 1 km från La Auroras internationella flygplats och 4 km från Arkeologiska museet. Både parkering och WiFi är gratis. Alla rum har kabel-TV. I only stayed for 1 night, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. My plane was delayed and I arrived late in the evening, but they still picked me up from the airport without a problem. I was moving on to Lake Atitlan and the staff helped me book the transfer there as well. The hotel has a cool quirky vibe. The breakfast was nice and the kitchen ladies super friendly. Everything was great!

This was my second stay at this property. It is a very nice building and the room is excellent. The king bed is comfortable, the room was very clean, the TV is large, and the shower is excellent. It is perfect for 2 people.

It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

Looked like a truly hotel, very comfortable, clean with towels and bedding with such good smell. Very good location with 15min walk to a zone full of restaurants and bars (zone 10) and to the airport (10min driving).

Location, cleanliness, secure. Sophie and staff did the extra to ensure a memorable stay. I had a tour cancelled by provider and Sophie stepped up and found a replacement. I’m sure it was no small feat since a long weekend with added demand.

Comfort Hostel ligger i staden Guatemala, mindre än 15 minuters bilresa från den internationella flygplatsen La Aurora. Wi-Fi är gratis i hela hotellet och frukost ingår i rumspriset. This was possibly the best hotel experience of my life. The staff went way beyond expectations. Yes, the rooms were great, everything was very cozy with good décor. It was clean, well-maintained, good wifi, all that stuff. What really stood out was when my plans fell through and needed to change - the staff was incredibly helpful! First, they helped by spending a lot their own time researching travel plans for me, more importantly when I asked to reschedule my second night to Saturday they didn't even blink and eye, but immediately rescheduled. I had already paid, and there were other guests, and Saturday must be a busy day for them, so I really didn't expect to get this without complaint, but they were very hospitable. It really made my trip a lot easier, which was a huge relief considering the stress of my plans changing last second. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Huge portions of authentic Guatemala food, served with juice and coffee. Delicious!
