Bonus they have a Mia, the cutest lil Guatemalan dog! And also I got to take away a piece of the Mayan traditions in the form of the worry dolls! So thoughtful & kind people! I had the most restful sleep & was waking up happy and full of gratitude for my stay! And decoration is so so cool! Loved everything about the place!

Host was very kind and helpful. It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

The lobby area is huge with a sofa, dining table and a kitchen. The host provided us with sufficient advice to navigate around the city. All the information was provided on a laminated card. There is a huge mall, a market and loads of restaurants around. We used uber to get around.

Comfort Hostel is located in the city of Guatemala, less than 15 minutes’ drive from La Aurora International Airport. Lovely, clean hostel with very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. I sprained my ankle on my first day in Guatemala City and Ernesto went above and beyond to help me. His English is impeccable. Highly recommended!
