A recently renovated homestay situated in Lanquín, Casa " MARY " features a garden. Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Such a nice family, very helpful, great and cheap food, good little shop... We stayed longer than intended and came back for a night after Semuc Champay. Would go back anytime!

Situated in Chijoú, Paraiso Verde offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The hosts were all very nice. They will help you with everything. Hugo and Anita took us all around the forest and gave a very interesting tour. The house is located in a forest you get this really nice jungle feel. The beds were good, we had some good nights.

The staff were all helpful and nice. The dorm is just a set of bunk beds so I had a private room for the night. Warm shower. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel/hostel ever. There is a kitchen guests can use but they charge Q20 to use it. They helped me with the bus to Lanquín and transport from Lanquín to Antigua, but it would have been Q25 cheaper to book the transport to Antigua in Lanquín. And if you book a shuttle in Lanquín they pick you up and you don't have to go to the bus stop yourself.

The room was very good and so is the shower. Wifi works well. The stuff is very friendly and helpful

Great location, the water was a 10 min walk from the hostel. It is more lively with activities in the evening but the music would normally stop by 11.30pm. There are plenty of locations to relax (in the numerous hammocks, or by the pool). Overall great vibe, good food and would recommend. All the staff friendly, including Romeo.
