My partner and I had a wonderful stay at THE URBANIST. On the day of arrival we even arrived 1.5 hours early, but because the room was already ready we were able to move in. Communication with Alex was perfect and the apartment is within walking distance of the center of Ioannina. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it. We traveled with 2 kids 4 and 7 you and will be back with great pleasure

Very friendly stuff and helpful! Assisted with everything and we really happy to stay there. We stayed here because it was rhe only close to the hospital but in general if you need to visit Ioannina coty you can rent a car and park in their internal parking space or just hore a taxi that is not that expensive overall. Super nice, would stay again!
