The property is 200 metres from the city centre and 2.1 km from Amoudara Beach. Modern and smart building. Spacious and fully equipped apartment, with a very confortable room and bathroom. Staff was welcoming and they gave us some restaurant recommendations. They also clarified some doubts about the parking they suggested, since we traveled in a rental car we were worried about possible damages.

Featuring an a la carte restaurant, Elafonisi Resort by Kalomirakis Family is set amidst a garden with olive trees. It offers air-conditioned accommodation, some self-catering, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The popular Elafonisi Beach is 650 metres away. I was very lucky to find availability in this place for a long weekend. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back one day. The staff could not be nicer, very accommodating and friendly. The rooms in small cottages are located in the olive grove, there is good shade to while away the hottest hours and also incredible stars at night. There was tea kettle, decent wifi (not sufficient for working though), comfy bed, strong shower, sun bed on the terrace. Elafonisi beach is 7-10 min walk downhill. I loved spending mornings and late afternoons there while there were very few people. Such a different experience compared to the crowds at midday. I also walked one day to Kedrassos beach - about 25-30 min walk, take sturdy sandals or shoes… the beach is another paradise. I also loved the meals at the resort restaurant. It was always tasty, lovely sunset views and again great service. Highly recommended :).

The beaches of Aptera and Chrissi Akti are 500 metres away. What a fabulous friendly hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was exceptional.

Each with a furnished balcony with sea, garden or mountain views, the spacious units at Aphrodite Beach include air conditioning, a satellite TV, hairdryer, toiletries and safe. Staff was fantastic. Family owned and exceptionally well maintained, spotless. We also lucked out with the best room imho. Pool and beach right in front. Excellent restaurant around the corner.

The village Stavros is only a 2-minute drive away. It has a lovely beach and offers traditional taverns. Chania International Airport is at 9 km. Free parking is available on site. Beautiful location, modern buildings/facilities, fresh, local and authentic restaurant, great value for money and the staff very incredibly welcoming . We stayed in a suite with a private pool, it was the perfect place to honeymoon. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
