Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

Great location! and you have a dedicated parking spot, which was super cool! The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

The Place is outstanding and the owner is very nice and polite. I would like to thank him and his wife for their hospitality and for their recommendations about beautiful places in Annecy. The suite’s view is amazing and its size is excellent. Also, the Spa is excellent and very clean. The garden is nice and beautiful. I liked Saint Jorioz and I will visit Les Ô d’Annecy again.
