The Mango Guest House is set in Aswan, 700 metres from Aswan Christian Cathedral and 1 km from El-Tabia Mosque. Everything was perfect about our stay. The staff is considerate, helpful, and full of good humour. This was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained hotel we stayed at in Egypt. The kitchen is well-stocked and free for use. The water and soft drinks are sold at market prices. Hamada and Mohammed are super helpful and well-informed. The dog is super quiet and well-behaved.

The location is good as it’s directly in front of the the ferry and overlooks Nile river. The place is new and well-furnished. The owner “Ahmed” is really supportive and helped to arrange my activities. The bathroom is small but it’s clean and well-equipped

Offering garden views, Nuba Heart is an accommodation situated in Aswan, 24 km from Kitchener's Island and 25 km from Aswan High Dam. The host was amazingly friendly, even inviting us to his nieces engagement party while we were there and we got to experience some authentic Nubian food! The location is great, much quieter than staying on the east bank but also just a short and very cheap ferry ride over to the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean with a bathroom, ceiling fan, heaps of cupboard space, supplied towels and a really comfy bed. Would definitely reccomend!

The accommodation was very clean, with a great view on Aswan, and in a very quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly, always available to help, and satisfy our requests. He also helped with the organization of some tours to visit Aswan. The breakfast prepared by his wife was very good and at a honest price. We really recommend to stay here!

Personnel was warm and nice Hegazy helped me all the time that I needed with taxis, boats and also he took us on the boat to visit the places near to the Nile that we wanted..I recommend this place 100%. There are also nice restaurants around ans very close to the dock.

Situated within 23 km of Aga Khan Mausoleum and less than 1 km of Nubian Museum, Nile View Guest House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Aswan. Perfect romantic location right next to the Nile river. Far away from Egypt's street noise. It has a rural feel, which is exactly what we looked for. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and the view to the river is breathtaking. Very comfortable beds, typical hearty and delicious Egyptian breakfast (the best we've had in Egypt). Ahmed is extremely kind, welcoming and very funny. He picked us up from the airport even at midnight. He also organized at reasonable prices a private boat trip to the Botanical garden and Nubian village (he even demonstrated his Nubian braveness by holding a crocodile). He is very honest and it's best to ask him to organize tours because he gives attractive offers, much better than the tour agencies. It is the perfect place to immerse yourselves in the traditional Nubian culture and way of life. Right next to the guest house is a "Kafana cafe", where you can enjoy delicious and freshly prepared food with a stunning view to the Nile. If we ever visit Aswan again, we will undoubtedly pick Ahmed's guest house and we definitely recommend that you do so as well. You won't regret it!

We were so happy to meet the Nubian people through Ahmed and his family. They are extremely kind, sweet, helpful, honest and we would love to come back just to get to know them more. They were always super attentive and careful. The food was delicious, the place super clean, comfy and in the heart of the village. We are so grateful to meet them and stay with them.
