It is huge with a wonderful balcony, hosts are very kind, they allowed us to use another room in the morning and leave our bags until our room is ready. They also brought us our bags to the public ferry after the check out since we went to visit Karnak. Breakfast was great with a wonderful view from the terrace. If you want to experience the real Luxor, you should definitely stay here, as the nature and surrounding is incredible.

Mohammed is so kind and he and all of the staff really made my stay something special. Staying here was a major highlight of my trip to Luxor. I am so grateful for every part and felt at home. Within 15 minutes walk you get to the harbor where you can cross by boat directly to Luxor temple or Karnak Temple). We both felt extremely welcome. Mahmoud, Mohammed and Ibrahim were amazing hosts, they speak good English and are very kind. Casa Loko can also arrange different tours for you.

Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

Everything was good. The place was very nice clean and spacious. It's about 15 minutes outside the city, but the compound is situated right beside a nice market ( AL Rayah Market) and it has everything you would need to fix up a quick meal if need be. Our host was able to set us up on a hot air balloon ride and it was one of the most amazing experiences for our family here in Egypt. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We would encourage anyone to book the Sphinx Apartment for a nice little get away while in Luxor.
