It is huge with a wonderful balcony, hosts are very kind, they allowed us to use another room in the morning and leave our bags until our room is ready. They also brought us our bags to the public ferry after the check out since we went to visit Karnak. Breakfast was great with a wonderful view from the terrace. If you want to experience the real Luxor, you should definitely stay here, as the nature and surrounding is incredible.

The interior is amazing, the rooms are humongous, well ventilated with high ceilings, very large bathrooms & everything a guest would need. The villa is also very safe & secure with cctv cameras all around the property for an extra sense of security. All historic sites in Luxor are nearby including The Valley Of The Kings, The Temples etc while the hot air balloon rides are mere stones throw away.

This is the best place I have stayed in Egypt. It is set in a quiet oasis, beautiful gardens with papaya fruit, wonderful views from the terrace. The room comes with a large balcony, kitchen and living room plus a huge room and a spacious bathroom. Mahmoud is an amazing host. He arranges everything. Has stayed up till midnight and met me at the boat pier. You must try his dinners which are the best I have had in all my travel in Egypt. Wifi is super fast. Mahmoud also arranges all the trips for a good price. A real super host! The only regret - not staying longer. You should really come for 4-5 days or longer
