The hotel was really modern and well decorated, everything was clean and well maintained. It was in a really good location within a gated community, Costa Rica beach is just a 6 minute drive away, the cable cars to Isabel de torres are 15 minutes drive away, and 10 minutes to the fort. There are plenty of places to eat close by (I highly recommend Como en Famillia for authentic Dominican food but it’s only open until 3) and jumbo is a 2 minute drive away but easily within walking distance. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly, all the staff and owners of the hotel went above and beyond, and really made our stay relaxing, and as if we had known them for years. The breakfast is amazing and more than you could want, there is fresh fruit, cake and a good variety of choice for your main selection (Dominican breakfast, omelette, etc) The hotel is in a quiet location so gives you plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. I would not hesitate to come and stay here again, it was just perfect!

Breakfast was cheap and very tasty, prepared on the spot from fresh ingredients. Niki (the host) was a very kind and helpful person. She made the whole stay so much better and the next time I think about going to DR, she will be the first person I will contact.

Located in Cabarete, El Maginifico is a beautiful beachfront ApartHotel just 8 km away from Encuentro Beach which offers free Wi-Fi access, free parking and a hot tub. It is a hidden gem nearby cabarete “main beach”. you have a 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants and bars there. supermarket is close by, however, it is far enough away from the street to have an absolutely quiet night (despite from the sound of the waves) :) i was able to see the sea out of my bed, yakuzi and pool are in good shape and the staff was super friendly.

The location was excellent and the bar very good! The drinks were amazing ! We didnt get a chance to try to food because it closed at 4pm, but we went to a near by restaurant.

B&B Pavilion, located in Sosua, offers an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi access, and free private parking. The bed and breakfast is just a 5-minute walk away from Laguna Beach. The host was very nice, and would prepare delicious breakfast at any time we wanted in the morning. Her house is beautiful and spacious with a big swimming pool.
