Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and even accommodated a later checkout for us. We loved the room. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. WiFi works great if you need to get some work done. We also could park our rental car in the garage which was a nice surprise.

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. The staff is amazing and so welcoming.

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Very affordable and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is great and is enjoyable to start the day. My favourite thing is there’s a box with supplies left over from previous hikers that you can take for free. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere was welcoming so it almost felt as if you were walking into your own home. It’s centrally located, just a few minutes walk to shops, groceries, parks and city center yet quiet and cozy. I wanted to extend my stay but sadly they were sold out which is not surprising.
