And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

I bring my own toiletries. 6. The location of the hotel was great as I had to catch the 6am flight and I could sleep until 4:30, wash up, go out and walk 12 minutes to the airport. 7. The hotel is close to the train station, 10 minutes walk to Zaventem train station or 12 minutes to the airport train station to take the train to the city center, but please confirm the train number and train ticket in advance. 8. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.
