He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

The apartment is spacious, clean, looks brand new. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy skiing holidays in the Kaernten Region. It also has its own parking spot, which is very convenient. I loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Sabine and Michael are welcoming, warm, helpful, interesting and funny people. They made everything themselves, put a lot of effort and consideration into the place, maintain it nice and clean, and you can see this all around you. We stayed in winter and it was nice and warm. There's everything we needed to prepare our own meals. I had the best sleep. The whole apartment is very big, so are the bedrooms. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. I liked that so many places are close by, 15 to 30 minutes by car, so we visited many villages and towns in two days. There's plenty of parking around the house.
