A fantastic place to unwind and soak in the winter air. We visited in mid-April, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. The dacha has everything you need for a stay in Chimgan. We were welcomed by the sweet, neighbouring woman who was easily available if ever we needed help/taxis/water (she runs a little kiosk not far if you need any basics). It's very spacious and comfortable and warm...good spot to relax after a day of hiking. She will turn on the sauna/banya for an additional fee (50k som) if you ask!
