Breakfast is really yummy and it’s served every morning at your terrace. Location for us was great as it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach and the local shops. The apartments was super fresh, new and spacious. The outside pool area is also nice and comfy. The facilities are new and bare in mind not everything is in place but we had a nice stay. Arjan was helpful with everything and showed us what to do in the nearby areas and places to visit. With it being Africa, there was a power cut when we arrived and we had no electricity, however, Arjan solved it perfectly for us with alternatives and we had a nice stay. Would recommend the place for both longer and shorter stays :)

Nice new place in Jambiani. Very close to the beach - you're there in two minutes. Very quiet and tranquil, and Said - the host - is amazing. He is very attentive to detail and is one of the best hosts I've ever met. The room is very spacious and clean, and the bed has great mosquito nets. Breakfast is abundant, and DO TRY THE RESTAURANT! I cannot stress this enough. If I could, I would rate it more than 10.
