Leo and the team went above and beyond to help guests. It was so lovely to arrive after a long flight to such excellent customer service. The property is a bit out of town but perfect sanctuary to rest after a busy and long day. The rooms and shared spaces are very clean. Breakfasts were great, delivered always with a smile. The team are so professional, and accommodating.

Ngermid Oasis is in a great off the beaten path location in Palau. The owner is super helpful and responsive. She helped arrange transfers to and from the airport and to restaurants downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning and afternoons. It has a great pool and kitchenettes in the 2 units we rented. It was perfect for us to stay before and after our liveaboard trip so we will definitely be back.

Beautiful grounds, impressive swimming pool, and very relaxing. Amazing hosts arranged wonderful tours with knowledgeable guides, very proactive to our needs. They ensured we had a great experience in Palau.

The house is perfectly located in Koror, nearby shops and restaurants. It is perfect for large groups with large common areas, plenty of showers and restrooms including outdoors which is really useful when coming back from the sea.The garden area is great for morning breakfast or evening bbq. We were a large group and some others guests also stayed at the same time which allows to make new acquaintances in a great environment. Finally the owner is very helpful, replying promptly and welcoming us warmly.
