Our unit was super clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. We liked the option of being able to take our dog, we decided not to this time though. Was thoughtful to have some drinks, chocolates, milk and biscuits ready for our arrival as well as some fresh eggs in the fridge. Having the use of the free washing machine and drier was fab.

Great location near the heart of Nelson with a lovely backyard and very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The apartment that we rented out was spacious, perfectly clean, and nicely furnished including up to date amenities. The delicious breakfast is freshly cooked by Mark, the host, and served in the main house's dining room. Speaking of which, the furnishing of the main house is impressive to say the least, with something interesting to see everywhere you look.

The private and quietness in the area was a big plus during our stay. The view from the main deck was great and relaxing. Cleanliness on the main deck was on a very high standard which made out stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Plus: Love the maritime theme around the house and the story of how all started for Ralph and Sally. 😊
