The apartment is clean, modern and has everything you need and more for a long stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable for a couple and maybe a child could sleep on the sofa. There is a big terrace with a table and chairs for warm weather. And the kitchen has everything you need to cook, pots and pans, knives, cutting boards and more. There isn't a microwave, but there is a full size stove. The bed is comfortable. And Ksenija is wonderful! I had a minor health issue and she helped me to go to the health center a short walk away. The location is perfect. It is across the street from a grocery store that is open year round and is a couple minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. It is not next to the sea, but is on the next block, which is actually better due to summer noise. Petrovac is hilly and here there is no long haul back uphill in the heat loaded with your beach things.

It's close to the beach (couple of them) and yet calm and far from noise coming from clubs. Close to the accommodation there are places for walking, running and some smaller hike tours. Bakery and grocery shops are right next to the accommodation, and there is also a health station just across the road. Pretty close to bus station.

The view is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped - everything is clean, and very often you sense pleasant bread making smell and also other vegan foods which are on the ground floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and i personally really like this mixture between rural, but not completely alone holidays. I also liked small village houses surrounding the accommodation.

Deajan is fantastic host, he greeted us, gave us the instruction and recoomendation about intresting spots to visit and nearby restaurants. We were greeted with a bottle of local champaing and in the fridge we found cold water and orange juise. Dejan also secured parking place for us, as its difficult to find parking in the street. The room itself is a little bit old fasion but kept clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.I fully recommend Almaja Villa.

Walkable distance to the beach for spectacular sunsets! The girl who met us, Diana, is a really caring, helpful and informative person
