We had a beautiful and spacious suite with two balconies, including all household electronics.. the cleanliness of the apartment is extraordinary, there are more than enough towels and very clean bedding. we were significantly late as our flight was delayed and then we waited a long time for the bus at the airport, but Christiana still made us feel welcome and even took us to the grocery store. the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, from where there is only one metro station to the sea and one station to Ostia Antica. thanks to the metro line, you can reach touristic attractions of Rome in 30-40 minutes. we all really liked the suite and the host! We can advise to take the transfer from the airport offered by the host, since there bus connection from Fuimicino is not very regular (1x per hour)

Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. We had a rented car so we could go to very beautiful beach ~10km south of Ostia, but there are also beaches, very good restaurant and a good fruit / fish / meat covered market just 5 min away on foot. There trains to go to Roma, Ostia antica is amazing. Since we had a rented car we also visited Tivoli (Hadrian Villa and Vlla d'Este) absolutely fantastic.
