I booked one night with my friend at this place and we absolutely loved it. The owner and the personnel were extremely helpful and nice during our stay. The location is lovely, especially if someone likes to be close to nature and hiking. The bathroom and room were clean. We received towels ( and treats) left on the bed as well. Breakfast was simple but fresh and good. I liked the idea of not wearing shoes upstairs (where rooms are located), it made us feel more homey and comfortable! We are happy with our choice and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The location was beautiful. The property and room were amazing, quiet, with great views of the countryside. The extra touches were thoughtful and tasteful. We appreciated feeling like we had the comfort of home on our long trip thru Ireland. Thank you!

Our host(s) were very attentive, helpful, and responsive, without ever getting in the way. All the appliances & furnishings were new and of good quality. The place was spotlessly clean and the heating and WiFi worked well without any fuss. The little trimmings like the detergent left out for the dishwasher or laundry washing machines, or the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the showers, or the complementary breakfast items left out, or the many useful kitchen utensils, made us feel right at home straight away.

The property was private and we felt safe. You enter through a private gate and there is ample parking. The 1st floor apartment was spacious clean and cosy with everything you could want from a self catering point of view. In the village of Roundwood there is every amenity you could wish for such as a butchers, village store that sells hot food. There is also an artisan tea shop and bakery all within walking distance of the property.

The standard of the accommodation is truly 5 star. Fab beds, showers, kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, plenty of space, high quality fittings. Great friendly welcome, alpaca talks and quirky shop on site. Wellies provided for alpaca visits. Cute fairy walk for younger children.
