One of the owners has perfect English skills and is extremely helpful. Our room will speak inside a large window with view over the town and the mountains. For a very low price for this hostel even office daily room service!

Great staff, kitchen, and hot showers. Probably the best hot shower and kitchen of any place I have stayed at. the stove is electric, so you don't need a match or lighter. Not normal, but I ended up getting my own cozy double for $5-$6 because I was traveling solo. Great advice for Quilotoa (which you can easily do on your own) and competitively priced tour of Cotopaxi. I actually stayed twice; before and after Quilotoa.

The alpacas are sooo cute! Grace is a lovely hostess. Breakfast was delicious- fresh fruit, granola, pancake, eggs, coffee. Dinner was also great- Grace was very conscious of any dietary needs. The room was cosy and warm with a wood stove and many comfy blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much.

La posizione è estremamente centrale, comodo per raggiungere tutto e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al terminal degli autobus principale. Appena siamo arrivati alla reception ci sono state date 1 milione di informazioni utilissime per organizzare le cose da fare negli altipiani centrali, comprese le informazioni per organizzare le cose da soli dove è possibile. Quindi direi che già questo vale enormemente il giudizio sullo ostello! Poi c’è una zona soggiorno e pranzo stupenda, la nostra camera era estremamente colorata, molto grande e pulita con lenzuola bianche, il materasso non era comodissimo… Quindi direi ottima scelta compreso anche il rapporto qualità prezzo

This is a beautiful hotel. The street outside is very busy but you would never know it as the hotel is so tranquil. William was amazing. Anything we needed he helped us.
