The breakfasts and dinners were very delicious. The service from Carlos, Charlie and the entire staff left us feeling well taken care of at all times. A great location to explore surrounding areas, and with the assistance of Carlos we easily traveled by local taxi and bus. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and cool! We loved our vacation to Costa Rica and Carlos and his family are a large part of our fond memories.

They were willing to help us and all her travel questions and needs. The ambiance in the hotel was out of this world.
