The house is big and have everything you wish for. Delvin welcomed us and explained us everything we needed to know. The communication was good, fast reply. The nearest supermarket is at 15 min walking distance. Local bussline is also at walking distance. I would recommend this place for sure 👌.

Awesome host. Clean and comfortable. Fully functional kitchen. Excellent WIFI. TV entertainment. Near US embassy, Skymall and bus stop into town. Marsha is so nice and very helpful. She was a great host. You can make use of their easy and affordable taxi service or she can tell you how to get into town and back from a nearby bus stop (if you feel like taking in the experience of a bajan bus ride). You have cable, YouTube and Netflix on the TV. Wifi quality is excellent. A small shopping centre (Skymall) is 11 minutes walking distance (I walked it). The kitchen has all the amenities inclusive of a gas stove and oven (which I personally prefer using instead of the microwave). If you have a young child ( maybe even 2 small ones), there is a cute bed tucked in box-window style. I honestly have no complaints. I stayed 2 nights for business but wouldn't have minded staying longer on a leisure trip.

Cross-ventilation was wonderful. AC worked well when needed. The apartment was spacious, uncluttered and the bedroom/bath were in a separate room. Parking was close to the door. The kitchen had all the usual appliances. The area was quiet.

I chose this Air B&B because it was very close to the Embassy. The host was amazing, and the room was the same as pictured and very comfortable. I would stay there again if I'm ever planning another trip.

Very clear instructions were provided by the Property Management company about the collection of the keys. The cottage was as described. Good appliances and adequate cutlery/crockery was provided. The linen and bath/beach towels were enough and there was a washer/dryer available centrally. The washroom/shower were good. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. The flat screen TV had a good selection of channels for keeping connected. The best part is of course the location, being right at the Brandon's Beach. Though the cottage does not have a direct view of the beach, it was compensated by it's size/appliances and facilities. There is the main villa with three bedrooms and another studio apartment also on site, which face the beach. We were fortunate to have met and interacted with the owners J & DD who came in toward the latter part of our stay. They are very friendly and have ensured that their guests have a great time by engaging a wonderful management company. The gardener with a nice name of "Bird" is very involved and keeps the premises in fine shape. The location is close to the A1 Supermarket at Carlton, Black Rock and also to many restaurants. The K's Roti and Grill is also walkable and is highly recommended. We really enjoyed the walks along the beach and the evening sunsets, which are remarkable when the clouds permit! The Pile Bay fish market is also walking distance and also the "Hot Pot". One really does not need a car while being there, as buses are available near the supermarket to go anywhere. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and will surely be back for some more quality time at the Banyan Beach House!
