They are very friendly and offer a very tasty breakfast. The accommodation is small but tidy, and it was cold in the evening, so when I inquired, they handled it kindly and appropriately.

Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. Breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. Hosts were very friendly, we felt welcome during our stay. The boardgames in the living room are a nice extra.

They also packed me fruit and cake as a afternoon meal, gave me an umbrella and even mailed my postcards for me! I really enjoyed the lavender essential oil soap in the room as well. 11 out of 10 points from me.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable room and Alice was very nice and helpful. I asked in advance for Oat Milk for my wife and she provided it in our breakfast without any reminders. Amazing. Also one day I forgot my wallet in the room and I was truly desperate in the city when I realized that I was without it. I texted Alice at 9pm and she promptly checked my room for the wallet and found it for me. The relief that she brought to me saved my night!
