I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Niagara Falls State Park is just a 10-minute walk from the bed and breakfast, and the American Falls, as well as International Rainbow Bridge to Canada just a mile away. The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.

Riverfront and close enough to walk to Falls on both sides. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to any request.

Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

The suite was big and had all the furniture it needs and was clean and hygiene. The breakfast was served hot and had a decent spread. The hosts were super nice and are passionate about their work, highly recommend this place!

This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.
