The entire property is just so lovely. A little oasis. The rooms are on the smaller side, but beautifully decored and very clean. The outside front terrace is so lovely to sit and relax. The staff are super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. English for some of them is a struggle, but one can always get around that. The Manager helped us with a private driver, various ticket purchasing, etc. Very professional. Coffee, tea, and little snacks are available - for free - all the time.

The homestay had a quiet charm, with clean, comfortable rooms and a great shower. There was a night market around the corner with delicious food, which also gives tourists a chance to experience local hospitality and charm first hand.

Personalet, stemningen, de andre gæster - det føltes som at “komme hjem”. Vi havde tre overnatninger her, og vi endte med at bruge meget tid på at være “hjemme”, fordi der var så dejligt at være. Bedste hostel vi nogensinde har besøgt :-)

"NOMORE" Gallery and Guesthouse ligger i Kraton-kvarteret i Yogyakarta, mindre end 1 km fra Sonobudoyo-museet, 13 minutters gang fra Fort Vredeburg og mindre end 1 km fra præsidentpaladset i... We stayed in 3 hotels in Yogyakarta, this one was the best. The owner is very nice and helpful, he cooked for us an amazing breakfast. Was so yummy that we order another breakfast 🤓 Everything is clean and smell good. There is not hot shower but the water is not so cold. I recommend.

Blue Garden Yogyakarta er et nyrenoveret pensionat i Yogyakarta, 11 km fra Museum Sonobudoyo. Der er udendørs swimmingpool og bjergudsigt. It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!

Ndalem Suryo Saptono Guest House ligger i Yogyakarta, 2,7 km fra togstationen Yogyakarta Tugu, 3,1 km fra Tugu-monumentet og butikscentret Malioboro Mall. The place was surprisingly amazing. Will definitely go back. A perfect place for those who wants to explore the center city of Yogyakarta or for those who just wants to relax all day long at the property.

The highlight of this place are the people who work there. All the girls and guys at the reception are kind, smiling and ready to help with anything you ask (I needed to visit a dentist for a broken tooth when I was there...). They speak good English. The second highlight is the garden, with beautiful plants and cozy seating, and a pool if you want to cool down. Breakfast is not included with the dorm bed, it's Rp 35k (sweet toast or omellette), included if you book a private room. If you are leaving early like we did for Borobudur, they will get up at 5am to make you a fresh breakfast to take with you. Coffee and tea is available the whole day, as well as water refill. The shower has warm water. There are also kitchen utensils, plates/cups if you want to prepare your own food. Book early, it is a popular place. I wanted to extend and they were booked, had to find another place nearby for my last night in Jogja. But the reception girls told me I can still come by to hang out in the garden, which I did! Great place.
