We arrived after a long day of travelling and immediately felt home. We got a room upgrade. Liz gave many recommendations of things to do in the area. There is an electric charging unit for an electric car.

Located in Avoch, the recently renovated Room at the Back, 2 George Street provides accommodation 18 km from Inverness Castle and 18 km from Inverness Railway Station. Rachael was really friendly and helpful and she went out of her way to help me explore the Fairy Glen hiking trail in the limited time I was there. The location was nice and central to what I wanted to see. Bus stops were very close, which made traveling easy. And I loved the personal touch with a handwritten welcome note, flowers and a little card.

Set in Dalneigh and only 1.5 km from Inverness Castle, Kinnoch Lodge offers accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything from Chrissan being the most wonderful helpful host. To the decor and inviting heavenly bed with soft sheets in a warm, inviting bedroom. And that breakfast 😋 the best porridge and Scotish breakfast around. What a cook Chrissan is 10/10!

Beinn Mhor Lodge is set in the Inverness City Centre district of Inverness, 2.7 km from Inverness Railway Station, 3.4 km from University of the Highlands and Islands, Inverness and 13 km from Castle... Our host was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Contact with her was very prompt. She even helped us when our taxi to the airport was falling through at 5AM. The rooms are very modern and we'll equipped. They are clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was the perfect size for us to re-pack our luggage for our flight back home. This was the best service we had in a while. We would happily recommend this accommodation to any prospective guests. Thank you again.
