Set in Dong Hoi, Lena Homestay & Villa offers beachfront accommodation 1.3 km from Nhat Le Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything about Lena Homestay was great. Easy check-in. Clean room. Good hot shower and air conditioning. We even had parking available for free. It’s close to the riverfront and there are many good restaurants literally steps away from the front entrance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Dong Hoi area.

We were upgraded to a better room for the same price, and the receptionist helped a lot regarding tours and restaurants in the area. She is so nice. Arranged everything for us.

Situated in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh region, 117 Bà Triệu Homestay is set 2.4 km from Nhat Le Beach. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. The owners are amazing - so friendly and warmhearted. It’s 7 km from the city of Phong Nha but it’s an easy and beautiful to go by bicycle (which is free to use also). The room is simple but comfortable but the pool and the surroundings is like a four star hotel⭐️ If you want the staff cooks an amazing dinner for you every night
