Located within a few steps of Kotor Beach and 2.2 km of Virtu Beach, Apartmani F&M provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kotor. The hosts - especially Jelena - are wonderful people. They are very helpful. I have also stayed in some luxury hotels. But I have never received an accommodation service where everything is considered. Cleanliness, resources, room quality.. All was great. We went as a group of 6 friends. We stayed in two different rooms with shared bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable. The facility has a terrace with an excellent view. There is a small kitchen use on this terrace. I also give 10 points for its location. Because it is 1 minute walk from the beach. It is also 6-7 minutes walking distance to the old town. Everywhere is so close. I will never look for a different alternative when I go to Kotor from now on. Thanks again Jelena!

Our room was comfy and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Our apartament was close to the beach (10 minutes walk), lots of shops around. The place is adorable with the antic design. It is right in the heart of Kotor (gets a bit loud in the night), lots of nice restaurants around.
