With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. Very friendly owners couple. Owner capable of arranging turtle watching trips, tuktuk rides, etc. Able to provide truly excellent dinner with fresh seafood caught by himself earlier that day (unlike many other places claiming the same). Accommodation has a brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from bus station. Perhaps a bit spartan, but does the job, ideal for those traveling on shoestring. Excellent value!

Located within 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach and 2.1 km of Marakkalagoda Beach in Tangalle, Villa Don Bastian offers accommodation with seating area. We stayed here with my friend, and it exceeded everything we could have wished for! We have truly found a home here! Our hosts, Sanu and Dushan are absolute gems and are one of the kindest people we have ever encountered!! They took care of everything we could possibly need: transportation from the airport or to other beaches or temples. Booked tables for us at restaurants or booked our massages. Literally anything we needed, they were there to help! They were always around smiling and caring, and we had the loveliest talks with them! As two girls traveling alone, this was especially a bonus because we felt very safe throughout our trip! The whole villa, including the rooms were very clean and had great energy! The whole property was beautiful with a gorgeous big garden (garden is perfect for yoga, meditation, or anything peaceful you can put your mind to). The pool was amazing, great temperature and Aways clean! Our whole stay was truly a luxury with a super cozy vibe! BREAKFAST! Highlight! You will not get a better breakfast in Tangalle than here. It is absolutely amazing paired with the best tea! You have 4 choices to choose from everyday! Our personal favorite was the Sri Lankan breakfast! You Must try it! :))) Fun bonus! They have two adorable dogs, Tangi and Anton. They are playful and full of heart! LOVE the belly rubs! We really miss having them around, they really light up the place!! I attached some pictures, you'll see they are just the sweetest! You'll also find many animals wondering around the garden (all harmless), like frogs, turtles, peacock, monkey, iguana (or something like it), and so on. Quite fun to experience it all in one place :)) Will definitely come back here!! Miss you Sanu and Dushan, thank you for everything and all the beautiful memories! To be continued!

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Located within a few steps of Tangalle Beach and less than 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach in Tangalle, Luaya Beach offers accommodation with seating area. Amazing hospitality, service. Everyone is very caring and happy to help. The room has all necessary equipment. The bathroom is spacious. I also had a garden view and I could enjoy my breakfast there everyday. Highly recommend it!

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Absolutely fabulous place very rustic,as I remember Sri Lanka would I stay here again 💋 definitely!!

Offering a private beach area, Green Turtle is located on Rekewa Beach, 12 km from Tangalle. 1 minute from turtle watch rekawa information center. Warm welcome / very helpful staff / Spacious room in a nice style and comfortable beds / HUGE and delicious breakfast / a stone's throw away from the beautiful turtle beach which allowed me to stay very late during the turtle-watching tour without worrying about how to get back to the accommodation.

Featuring a private beach area and views of mountain, Cinnabar Resort is a recently renovated guest house set in Tangalle, a few steps from Tangalle Beach. The tree house is amazing and very well thought out. Very cool experience. Staff was great always attentive and even gave me directions on how to take the bus to Udawalawe (I made it btw).

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Little Sunshine Guest House & Restaurant is set in Tangalle in the Hambantota District Region, a 5-minute walk to the Marakolliya Beach. Loved that everything was clean, and felt very welcome. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed! One of the nicest stays we’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Located 400 metres from Tangalle Beach, Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. Beautiful setting, clean room and a short walk away from a perfect beach!
