It is a dream villa!!!! Magnificent garden that made you want to get home as soon as possible so you could enjoy some cold coffee in the terrace and stare at the garden. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. The villa was extremely clean, big (the pictures don't do it justice) and had everything one could need. Veeeery comfortable beds, good shower and a huge kitchen. Special thanks to Jamie who made our holiday even more special and the host Asanka who was there for any question we might had.

I had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower which I loved. The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

Caring, trying to anwer all questions and helpful without trying to make money out of you (which is very common for some hotel owners) -chic interior design with Taste - great facility( refrigerator, aircon, shampoo, dryer all working well, set up the way it should be) - generous portion, great , freshly made breakfast -super clean - good location- walking distance from train station, bus terminal

Offering a garden and city view, Maple Place is located in Unawatuna, 1.2 km from Bonavista Beach and 1.4 km from Unawatuna Beach. Such a lovely stay! The family who runs Maple Place are so kind and thoughtful, lots of attention to detail. They allowed us to leave our bags early and even provided a cold drink while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was clean, exactly as pictured, always had hot water, and ac/fan worked excellently. Location on the main road was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the beach or town. The breakfast was so delicious and had variety for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend we would definitely stay here again!
