Located within less than 1 km of Dutch Fort Batticaloa and a 19-minute walk of Batticaloa Railway Station, Sri Construction Circuit Bungalow features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

Krish, the host, is a very remarkable woman. She's so friendly! She's very well organized and very competent. She's speak English very well. Krish is a great person!

Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

Juda Holiday Villa, a property with a garden, is situated in Batticaloa, 200 metres from Kallady Beach, 2.3 km from Batticaloa Railway Station, as well as 3.5 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa. Juda and Amutha were fantastic hosts, so helpful and friendly. We stayed for three nights to explore Batticaloa, where we rented bicycles from the accommodation and were given recommendations for where to explore and where to eat. Beds were comfy, breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean. Highly recommend!!

El propietari és molt agradable i intenta ajudar en tot el possible. L'habitació està bé, llit amb bany privat i una petita terrasseta privada amb una taula i dues cadires. Si el que voleu és només anar a la platja és ideal: està just davant. El dia que marxàvem teníem un bus a les 5am i el propietari ens va buscar un tuktuk per les 4.30am i es va llevar a aquella hora per despedir-nos i presentar-nos al del tuktuk. El jardí de la casa és preciós.

The owner is super friendly and helpfull! The home is clean and the beach is only 1min walk away! Thank you very much for everything!

Boasting free bikes, garden and views of quiet street, New Land Guest House is situated in Pasikuda, 1.5 km from Pasikuda Beach. This guest house provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Great place, we really enjoyed our stay! You can get bikes for free and in 10min you are at the beach, delicious breakfast, you can also get dinner which is very good for super price, we haven't seen any restaurant with great food for a good price since everything is more expensive due to resorts. The owner does everything to make your stay unforgettable, room is very clean and there was a good WiFi, also AC was working fine, we would recommend this place to anybody.
