He was excellent with communicating with us throughout our stay. We felt very safe in the gated community. The pool was right next to the private beach which is beautiful and peaceful. There was also a convenient small shop inside the complex with snacks and other necessary items we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.
