And Áslaug is the absolute best host EVER!! Her baking and cooking skills are absolutely outstanding! There is ample (changing) breakfast every single day - enough for even a pack-away lunch! To give you an idea: - Yogurt parfaits 🫐 - Fruit 🍎 - Freshly baked bread and rolls 🍞 - An assortment of Cold meats - A selection of only the best Cheeses 🧀 - Baked goodies 🤩 - Omg, the list goes on and on… Áslaug is always available via the app, and really accommodated our wishes! Amazing views, comfort, supplied local food, the heated floors and towel rack are the only heat source and we were never cold inside this lovely cabin! Oh and the just installed barrel sauna with a window overlooking the lake and mountains! The horses across the road that would stare at us as we walked to our car in the morning, and make the best horse noices!
