Situated in the Roatan Region, 46 km from Utila, Puerta Azul is a beachfront property just a short swim away from the MesoAmerican Reef. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. That blue door just compelled me to book Puerta Azul & it was even better than I could have imagined. The location, the team, the food, that dock, those hammocks!..we loved everything. We rented a car for 2 days as we love to explore independently. However a taxi is so easy to take from place to place and are very plentiful and reasonably priced

Beautiful property with a free shuttle from the ferry. When we were picked up from the ferry, we were even able to stop at the grocery store to buy some groceries. In the morning, the owner’s sister checked to see if we needed any extra towels or anything cleaned and she also brought us some water and soda. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Even the neighbors were kind and asked us if we liked the neighborhood. It was also easy to catch a bus into town from the property.
