The Soul Suites is perfectly located, only minutes away from the ferry and in the city center, close to the shops, restaurants and bars. We were upgraded to the Bride's Suite (thank you!) a larger and spacious corner room on the first floor with 4 large windows letting plenty of light in. All the amenities work as advertised, with a large dressing room and a functional bathroom. Breakfast is catered for by a friendly local bakery a minute away in the main street. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in the care they took to make us feel at home and took care of us. They offered us very good restaurant's recommendations and organised our car rental in a breeze.

The view was breathtaking, whilst the facilities and cleanliness were outstanding. But what made our stay better were the people - great hospitality and attitude. Excellent location, great view from the terrace, clean in tidy, and particularly that it was well equipped. As a previous review mentioned, it his everything you could possibly need and more besides. Nice welcome items too. Three floors up offers the great view, but the final set of stairs is steep and narrow and could be difficult for the elderly unfit, but the host was happy to carry my suitcase for me. But really it's hard to fault. Highly recommended.

Amazing location on the lively city waterfront, with a balcony great for yacht- and people-watching. The room is spacious, all new, and full of thoughtful touches. The offsite staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you want to experience a modern stay in Syros, this is the place to have it.

Villa Maria-Syros is set in Ermoupoli, within 0,3 km of Saint Nicholas Church and 0,2 km from Miaouli Square. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Kostas is very kind, warm and helpful. We really appreciated him for helping us with the luggages up and down the stairs (lots of stairs because it’s Syros but it’s well-within our expectations). He is also very responsive and excited to give us many great local recommendations in Syros (and even Athens)! We also loved the home-cooked breakfast! Couldn’t recommend more in this comfortable stay. We hope to be back someday!
