The Soul Suites is perfectly located, only minutes away from the ferry and in the city center, close to the shops, restaurants and bars. We were upgraded to the Bride's Suite (thank you!) a larger and spacious corner room on the first floor with 4 large windows letting plenty of light in. All the amenities work as advertised, with a large dressing room and a functional bathroom. Breakfast is catered for by a friendly local bakery a minute away in the main street. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in the care they took to make us feel at home and took care of us. They offered us very good restaurant's recommendations and organised our car rental in a breeze.

My Little Suites in Ermoupoli provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Amazing hosts. Dimitris and Giouli drive us wherever we want at any time, give us really good advices about beaches, restaurants, bars…. The jacuzzi was ready to use, they picked us up at port and they offered a bottle of a delicious semi-sweet red wine.

Set in Kinion and only 300 metres from Kini Beach, Guesthouse ERI offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The view was absolutely amazing, the bed extremely comfortable, everyone was very friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay!

Located 700 metres from Asteria Beach, Porto offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Excellent location, great view from the terrace, clean in tidy, and particularly that it was well equipped. As a previous review mentioned, it his everything you could possibly need and more besides. Nice welcome items too. Three floors up offers the great view, but the final set of stairs is steep and narrow and could be difficult for the elderly unfit, but the host was happy to carry my suitcase for me. But really it's hard to fault. Highly recommended.

A recently renovated property, DIIO Suites is situated in Ermoupoli near Asteria Beach, Saint Nicholas Church and Industrial Museum of Ermoupoli. My stay in DIIO Suites was perfect . I just fell in love with the beautiful vue on the port of Syros , just couldn’t get enough . The location is perfect to discover the city , a lot of good restaurants downstairs and nearby . The room was very clean and a the bed was so confortable. Antonis was reachable at anytime , and helped me a the day after when my ferry was delayed . Totally recommend it .

Even in the beginning of August, the heart of tourist season, Elisa and Costas made us feel as if we were the only visitors staying in their exceptionally lovely house, when, in fact, they were operating at full occupancy. It must be said that our room, as well as the entirety of Villa Maria, was elegantly-decorated, impeccably cared for, tasteful, and, quite simply, beautiful. When Costas met us at Miaouli Square and proceeded to retrieve my wife’s carry-on suitcase as well as another roller bag from another couple also booked into the guest house, carry them up the MANY stairs (perhaps the only caveat to consider depending on one’s fitness level) to the house, while he negotiated simultaneous conversations in Greek and English to accommodate both couples, we knew we were in for a pleasant stay. Later, his recommendations for beaches, restaurants, tavernas, and delicious gelato, and more—all clearly plotted into a map for our use—were fine-tuned after a bit of conversation to suit us. And even though we usually like to discover destinations on our own when we travel, we soon found ALL of his recommendations hit the mark! Elisa, too, encouraged us to imagine that we were living in our own private island home away from home. A mix up in scheduling for her Greek cooking class—a guest’s mistake, not hers—meant that our late-notice sign-up for the afternoon would have to be cancelled.
