The tram was 2minutes walk from the hotel for access all around Nice and also only 4 stops form Nice Ville Train station for further travel. The tram stop from the airport is only a 2-4min walk also. Location in the old town so loads of lovely bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Beach towel available to rent for €5each and beach bits left by other guests available to take at the hotel for the day for free

Staff was excellent as they were always available and eager to make as comfortable from reception to the check out. Executive apartment has a large and clean bedroom. The living room is spacious - even better than in the photos. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and very well established. Apartment is a short walk to both to tram stop and central train station. Neighboorhood is vibrant with full of shops and eateries.

Il Monaco Cozy 3 pièces si trova a Saint-Antoine, a soli 600 metri da Plage Marquet e a 1,3 km da Plage Douaniers Est, e offre un balcone. Proprietario e appartamento impeccabili. Un posto pulito e curato purtroppo abbiamo fatto ritardo con il check out per imprevisti personali ma il proprietario è stato super accomodante.

The roof deck was amazing, beautiful views of the villa nearby & sea as well as views of Menton village. We brought our dinner up there each evening to enjoy.

Everything was just perfect: location, facilities, views are incredible! Elizabeth was super nice and helpful and our stay definitely exceeded our expectations! will come back there for sure!

Great and light private room in the heart of Nice features accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Nice, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. EN: If you look for a very "home" place, in a very central position, if you consider sharing services with other guests as an added value and an opportunity to enrich your stay in Nice (because you will meet people and will have to communicate with them!), this place is the RIGHTEST ONE! Cozy, cool, clean, and not “hotel ordinary sadness” at all - a great experience à la française! Neko is an amazing person, always smiling, always helpful, she'll definitely make you feel at home. It's truth you'll have to climb up the stairs for four floors, no lift, but the old houses are built this way and this is how Nice people live. Then everything is a walking distance from here: center, see, train and bus stations... I really enjoyed staying here and would make the same choice again, for sure. Thank you, Neko! P.S. These rooms are fantastic for people that like calm and that are open-minded. IT: Se cerchi un posto dove sentirti “a casa”, in una posizione centralissima, se consideri il fatto di condividere i servizi con altre persone come un valore aggiunto ed un’opportunità di arricchire il tuo soggiorno a Nizza (perché dovrai incontrare altri ospiti e dovrai comunicare con loro!), questo posto è FATTO PER TE. Accogliente, simpatico, pulito, e assolutamente non banale come la tristezza di un hotel normale – un’esperienza fantastica à la française! Neko è una persona formidabile che sorride sempre, disponibile a 120% e ti farà sentire a casa sua come a casa tua. E’ vero che dovrai salire quattro piani a piedi, in assenza dell’ascensore, ma le case vecchie sono fatte così ed è così che vive la gente a Nizza. Poi tutto è raggiungibile a piedi da lì: centro, mare, stazione treni e bus terminal. Sono stata contentissima della mia scelta e la rifarei di nuovo, questo è certo. Grazie mille, Neko! P.S.
