The tram was 2minutes walk from the hotel for access all around Nice and also only 4 stops form Nice Ville Train station for further travel. The tram stop from the airport is only a 2-4min walk also. Location in the old town so loads of lovely bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Beach towel available to rent for €5each and beach bits left by other guests available to take at the hotel for the day for free

They are without a doubt the best hosts we have ever dealt with, I can’t recommend them enough! The apartment itself was incredibly clean as were the garden/pool areas. They have thought of every little detail which made our stay feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning, highly recommend!

Great and light private room in the heart of Nice features accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Nice, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. Neko is an amazing hostess, very charming, hospitable and I can say without hesitation that she truly became a good friend during these 8 nights. I also was told that I was the first Russian in her apartment, so I enjoyed a very special treatment and our conversations were a real cultural exchange, very enriching and helpful for a person like me who was for her first time in France! Her accommodation is located very close to the historical city center, too, and I had everything I needed there.
