Absolutely recommendable to anyone travelling with motorcycles on TET. They have shoe dryer too. Sauna was fantastic too. Home made breakfast was great aš well.

The contact person was easy to reach. It was super nice to swim in the lake after sauna. The pictures give a real picture of the house, extra plus for that.

Featuring a sauna, Casino Islands Getaway is set in Savonlinna. This apartment offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The hosts were very easy and pleasant to communicate with, and provided a great personal touch to the place. The place was very cozy, and had all the amenities someone could ever need. The bed was very comfortable, and the place was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cookware, kitchen appliances, and basic pantry items. Towels and linen, as well as toiletries are all provided. The sauna also works perfectly, and had a convenient access to the patio for a cool down in the snow. Finally, the location was unbeatable as it was only a couple of minutes from the Olavinlinna castle, the city center, and walking trails on the islands.

B&B Taipaleenniemi in Savonlinna provides adults-only accommodation with a terrace and barbecue facilities. This beachfront property offers access to darts. The location was stunning and the facilities are beautiful. The sauna next to the lake was great; there are lots of beautiful places to relax and enjoy the lake and scenery. The food is good and the hosts are wonderful.

Set in Savonlinna, within 1.7 km of Savonlinna Train Station, Hungerborg City Home offers accommodation with air conditioning. Enormous apartment! When we walked in we thought it was the reception to the building (as it's on the ground floor and has something of a feeling of a shop with the floor to ceiling windows etc), however very quickly realised it was indeed the actual apartment. Spotlessly clean, and felt luxurious to only have 2 of us staying when the apartment could quite comfortably sleep 6. Entry was very easy with the code provided, and parking is available just over the road in the small car park behind the K-Market. Would highly recommend for a trip to Savonlinna as it's in an incredible location just 5 minutes walk from Olavinlinna and the lakeside, but also easily accessible from the road.

After a good sleep an amazing home cooked breakfast helped start the day - and free roaming ducks and chickens really got you in the best possible mood. The landscape, comfort, food, staff, and peace really are unparalleled. On top of everything we even got to charge our car a bit during the night to help us reach our next destination. Without a doubt will be visiting again.
